Global Scaling

September 10, 2008

A few years ago, I was introduced to a conceptual theory known to a few as global scaling. This theory was, at least to me, novel and attempted to explain via a single equation set some relationships of scale. An example would be the size of a electron to the nucleus of an atom to a series of planets. It was a theory to relate mathematical models to the physical world with accuracy. The creators seemed to be a German Physicist name Dr. Hartmut Muller. An older website I marked was www.raum-energie-forschung.de .  Seems most of this site has gone dark on the web. I would be interested in someone sharing some good links or primers on the theory.

Hello world and welcome!

September 10, 2008

In this blog I hope to discuss some of the science and chemistry news, events and concepts that are interesting to me and perhaps others. Such as insilico chemistry, nuclear waste controls and processing, inorganic materials concepts, DFT, Crystallography, etc. Most of the information I hope to share, comes from years of experience as an entrepreneur in the scientific and chemical arts. We may touch on some intellectual property and political matters (as related to science) from time to time so be prepared with keyboard in hand if you should care.

I appreciate all honest comments.
